Receives and processes checks and cash for deposit to accounts; verifies amounts, identification and proper endorsement. Cashes checks and processes withdrawals. Receives and processes various payments; places holds on uncollected funds. Daily cash balancing. Provides comprehensive, prompt and efficient customer service; actively pursues referrals for sales staff. Previous cash handling experience required.

Offers financial products and services to consumers and commercial accounts. Identify qualifying leads for existing customers, sales of deposit and loan products. Establish and retain relationships with customers and provide quality customer service. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, recognize and refer cross-sell opportunities and support other sales associates as needed. Experience in customer service, preferably for a financial institution, and comprehensive knowledge of customer service operations required.

Responsible for overall sales production within the branch as well as branch profitability and branch goal attainment. Coaches branch team members to recognize and seize sales opportunities. Sets and monitors goals for individuals within the branch that correspond with branch and company goals. Ensures team members are compliant and producing quality results. Financial Center Manager will be the face of the bank in the community by representing First Federal at community events and functions. Extensive background in financial institution operating policies and procedures, banking regulations, employee development and public relations as well as excellent sales, managerial and communication skills required.

Helpdesk support operations; diagnoses and resolves problems timely for computer hardware, software, wireless computing and conferencing. Participates in technology management projects. Occasional travel is required. Must be familiar with Windows XP, MS Office 2000, network connectivity and remote access issues. Associates or technical school degree and two years experience in desktop support preferred.
