Keith C. Leibfried

Chairman of the Board, CEO and President since 1980, Mr. Leibfried joined the company in 1974. Mr. Leibfried was most recently named to Suwannee Valley Community Foundation, Lifestyle Enrichment Center Capital Board and he has served on numerous local boards and received recognition for Business Entrepreneur of the Year.

Pamela K. Hitt

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 1999, Ms. Hitt joined the company in 1992. She is active in Altrusa International of Lake City, Florida. Prior to joining First Federal Bank of Florida, Ms. Hitt was with First National Bank of Live Oak, Florida.

Jim Moses

Executive Vice President since 1996, Mr. Moses has been involved in banking since 1979 and has previously served on numerous local boards. He is currently a board member of the local United Way and Boys Scouts of America. Prior to joining First Federal Bank in 1992, Mr. Moses was with Barnett Bank of North Central Florida.
