Fuel Up for the Future” Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER

1. HOW TO ENTER: All individuals can be entered into drawing by filling out the registration page online at www.ffsb.com. Individuals can also fill out a registration form provided in each First Federal branch. For a limited time, an individual will be entered to win (1 of 2) $250 Gas Card (Visa Gift Card) or (1 or 3) $150 Gas Cards (Visa Gift Cards). Alternate Entry: If you do not have access to the internet, hand print your name, address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone numbers and the words, “Fuel Up for the Future promotion” on a 3” x 5” card and mail in an envelope to: Nina Heringer, First Federal Bank, P.O Box2029, Lake City, FL 32056. One entry per person. All entries and registration must be dated no later than 8/29/08 to be eligible for drawing. Entries are only valid for the drawing related to the applicable promotion period. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All registrations become the property of the Sponsor (First Federal) and will not be returned.

2. DRAWING: On or about 9/3/08, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the deadline will be conducted by Tyson Johnson of Parks Johnson Insurance Agency, an independent organization. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Only one prize per person.

3. PRIZES: Two (2) $250 Visa Gift Cards and three (3) $150 Visa Gift Cards will be given away. No substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of First Federal Bank of Florida. Winners are responsible for payment of taxes on prize and for any other expenses not specified. Approximate total retail value (ARV) of all prizes is $950.00.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents 18 years or older as of 7/23/08. The following individuals are not eligible to win: Employees of First Federal Bank of Florida, or it’s affiliates; persons or agencies of First Federal Bank of Florida, including First Federal Financial Services/Raymond James, and the immediate family members (spouse and children) and individuals living in the same households as any of the preceding. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and regulations and the decision of the judges, which shall be final.

5. HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE: Winners will be notified by phone or certified mail return receipt requested and required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, where legal, a Publicity Release which must be returned within 14 days after prize notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes‑related materials or stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.

7. WINNERS LIST: For name of the winners, send a stamped, self‑addressed envelope to “Fuel Up for the Future” Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Nina Heringer, First Federal Bank of Florida, P.O. Box 2029, Lake City, FL 32056. Requests must be received by 9/30/08.

9. PRIVACY POLICY: All information provided to First Federal Bank of Florida is held in strict confidence and will not be given to a third party. Please see FFBF Privacy and Security Practices on www.ffsb.com or e-mail heringern@ffsb.com or call 386 755-0600 ext. 3156. FFBF will remove any registrant (and their personal information) from our database pursuant to a request from the registrant, including full name and user name to allow any registrant to “opt out” of further contact (while still allowing registration for Fuel Up for the Future). If you wish to register for sweepstakes and do not wish to receive information from FFBF, you may remove your name by sending an e-mail heringern@ffsb.com with “Do Not Mail” in subject line along with your full name or by calling us at 386 755-0600 ext. 3156.
