There are a variety of things, such as the setup of your browser, which may cause complications when trying to use FFBF Internet Banking. Below are some common questions and suggested solutions.
Problem: I don't see a log-on button on the home page.
Solution: Select "Internet Banking", click on "Log In".
Problem: I've entered the "Internet Banking" system, but I can't see some of the buttons.
First, check to ensure that your screen resolution is set to 800x600. Second, it may also be that you need to "force" your screen to refresh. If you have visited our page previously, your browser may have stored an old version of the homepage to help it load faster. To force your browser to reload the most current version, hold down the shift key and click the REFRESH button on your browser.
Problem: I forgot my password.
Click here to be directed to the Customer Service section
. Then click on "Password Request" to have your password sent to you via email. Or you may call our Customer Service Department for assistance.
Problem: I entered my password incorrectly and now that I remember it I can't get into the system.
As a security feature, you have only 3 attempts to enter your password correctly before you are locked out of the system. To gain access you will have to call our customer service representatives at Live Oak, Mayo & Dowling Park (386) 362-7990, Lake City (386) 754-0090, Jasper (386) 792-2400.
Problem: I don't understand what my "Access ID" is or my password.
Your "access ID” is 6 characters which you selected. You should use that same access ID each time you log on. Your password is 6-10 character alphanumeric password that you selected and is case sensitive. This will be your password when you log on to FFBF Internet Banking in the future.
Problem: One of my accounts is not listed in my summary of accounts.
Please call your nearest FFBF office and we will ensure that all of your accounts are linked to your portfolio. Remember, you must be an owner on the account to view its information.
Problem: When I print my account information in Internet Banking, the background prints too.
You need to set up your browser so that it does not print background colors. Here are the instructions to do that:
To turn off background color printing:
1. go to VIEW, select INTERNET OPTIONS
2. Click on the ADVANCED tab
3. scroll down to PRINTING, make sure that the box next to "Print background colors and images" is NOT checked. If it is checked, click on the box to deselect it.
4. Click okay.
