What type of mobile phone can I use with Mobile Banking?
First Federal Mobile Banking will work with virtually all of today’s phones and the most popular mobile phone service providers. You can use our service if: 
    »  Your phone allows text messaging; or
    »  You can browse the Internet on your phone; or
    »  You have an iPhone, BlackBerry or Android mobile device.
        Please note that our Mobile Banking App is only available for iPhone and Andriod devices. The 
        Mobile Browser version is available on all phones with internet access.

How much does Mobile Banking cost?
There’s no fee for using our Mobile Banking. It is possible your mobile phone service provider may charge for text messages and/or web access—check your plan for details.                                                                                                                         

What do I use for my Mobile Banking password?
The password used for Mobile Banking is the same as the password you use to log on to Online Banking. If you change your Online Banking password, your Mobile Banking password will also change.

How secure is Mobile Banking?
Below are the security features of Mobile Banking.
    Text banking security: 
        »  View accounts by nicknames you set, not account numbers
        »  No detailed personal information is sent
    Mobile Browser and App security: 
        »  128-bit encryption masks your sensitive information.
        »  Password is required each time you open the App or access the Mobile Browser version.
        »  Your private Authentication Image and Phrase are displayed to protect against “phishing”.
What are the SMS Text Message Commands?
Once enrolled through Online Banking we will send you a text message containing instructions and the message commands. Use these simple text commands to receive up-to-date account information. You can text the following commands to 96924:
    BAL                                Current Account Balances
    HIST+Acct Nickname       Transaction History
    HELP                              List Message Commands
    ATM+Zip Code                 Nearby ATMs 
    BRANCH+Zip Code          Nearby Branches
    STOP                             Cancel SMS Banking Service

Can I pay bills through Mobile Banking?
Yes. If you are signed up to use Bill Pay through Online Banking, you can pay your bills from your cell phone using the App or Mobile Browser. You can also use the Popmoney feature to make person-to-person payments.

What happens if I lose my phone?
If your phone is lost or stolen, it is unlikely that someone could access your account information unless they also know your Online Banking user name and password. However, to be safe, you should contact First Federal during business hours by calling Customer Care at 877-499-0572.

What type of phone can I use for Mobile eDeposit?
The Mobile eDeposit feature will only work with the Mobile Banking App on an iPhone or Andriod mobile device.

How do I enroll for Mobile eDeposit?
Mobile Banking customers must first qualify before being enrolled in Mobile eDeposit. Ask your banker to see if you qualify.

How much does Mobile eDeposit cost?
There’s no fee for using our Mobile eDeposit.                                                                                                                      

The photo of my check keeps getting rejected. What can I do?
Below are a few tips on taking photos of your check for deposit.
    »  Flatten folded or crumpled checks before taking your photos.
    »  Take photos of your check in a well-lit area and place the check on a solid dark background.
    »  Keep your phone flat and steady above the check and hold the camera as square to the check 
        as possible to make sure all of the corners are captured.
    »  Make sure the entire check image is visible including all corners and the MICR line (numbers on
        the bottom of your check).

How do I deposit a check with Mobile eDeposit?
    »  Select the “Deposits” tab within Mobile Banking.
    »  Click on “New Deposit”.
    »  Enter the check amount.
    »  Take a photo of the front of your check, making sure the image is in focus and within the guides
        on the screen.
    »  After you take a photo of the front, flip the check over and take a photo of the back. Don’t forget to
        sign/endorse the back of the check.
    »  Once the photos are submitted and you verify the information is correct, click Yes. 
    »  Please keep your paper check until the funds appear in your account.

How long will it take for my deposit to show in my account?
It could take up to 2 business days for us to receive your deposit to process. Funds may not be immediately available for withdrawal. Please refer to First Federal’s Funds Availability Policy for more information.
